There is no need to purchase anything before the coure starts - notes, recipes and NLP instructions are sent out after each week. There is also a closed Facebook group to ask questions throughout the week and share inspiration, challenges and recipes.
This course does not prescribe to any singular way of eating because we are all biologically unique. However, most of the recipes are plant-based to cater to vegans and meat eaters alike. We will be focusing on how we eat and the quality of what we eat, this is often more influential to your health than adhering to a single dietary formula, which can often evolve with your health journey.
The sessions are delivered via Zoom and then notes and recordings are shared in the membership area. There is also a link to the Facebook group for on-going support and interaction between attendees.
The classes are recorded and will be available for 1 week after the class for you to catch up. However, full notes are sent after each class to also help you follow to remind yourself of anything you missed.
